This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a General Contractor to complete elevator modernization for Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) Jack Bell Phase I elevator, including mechanical and electrical upgrades where applicable to meet required code. The anticipated ready-for-takeover date is November 2025.
Eligible Bidders:Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:The pre-qualification lists for the Health Organizations may be viewed on the Fraser Health Authority website: http://www.fraserhealth.ca/about-us/business-opportunities/
