CITY OF GLASGOW - REQUEST FOR FUEL BIDS

You are hereby notified that the City of Glasgow is accepting sealed bids to competitively

acquire Gasoline, Diesel, Kerosene, Oil, Hydraulic Fluids, Rotella, and DEF on an as-

needed basis. Proposals will be received at Glasgow City Hall, Office of the Mayor, 126

East Public Square, Glasgow, Kentucky 42141 for the following items:

1. UNLEADED GASOLINE – ALL GRADES

2. DIESEL FUEL – ROAD & OFF ROAD

3. KEROSENE

4. OIL – 5W30, 10W30, 15W40

5. HYDRAULIC FLUIDS

6. ROTELLA – 15W40, SAE30, SAE40

7. DEF – DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID

All bid proposals should be submitted to Glasgow City Hall, Office of the Mayor, by the

deadline of Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Bids will be opened and

evaluated by the City of Glasgow.

Bids are for Fiscal Year July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

Evaluation of received bid proposals will not be based on price alone. It is the bidder’s

responsibility to briefly outline the commodities and/or services their company offers and

to meet all requirements of the request for bid.

A copy of bid specifications may be obtained from our webpage link:

Mayor, 126 East Public Square, Glasgow, Kentucky 42141 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,

Monday through Friday.

The City of Glasgow reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept the lowest or

best bid for each product, and to waive any formalities.
