Description
Notice is hereby given by the City of Maple Ridge (the City) of its intent to award a contract to Remix Technologies LLP in the estimated amount of $41,905 CDN plus GST for a cloud-based traffic planning software solution.
The City did not call for competitive bids and intends to directly award this contract for the following reason:
1. It is the City's understanding that there are no comparable competitors that can provide a similar solution.
Service providers who object to this decision should submit their response to
procurement@mapleridge.ca
no later than 2:00 pm, Pacific Time, March 27, 2025, presenting specific reasons for their objection. If warranted, a meeting with the parties may be called to recieve presentations regarding this contract.
Firms with the required expertise, experience, resources and the proven ability to offer the same or better solution at a lower cost, will be key criteria with regard to the consideration of objections. City of Maple Ridge's decision in this regard will be final.
