THIS IS AN INFORMATIONAL NOTICE ONLY AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for the issuance of a blanket purchase agreement call request on the “Region 6 – Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA” This is a competitive request for quotes under a previously issued BPA. We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.

Description: Supplying and installing a vault toilet at the Salmo Priest Fire Lookout site. Vault toilet shall be a Romtec model 1002 single stall vault toilet that can be assembled on site or an approved equal.
