Description

The requirement was awarded on a firm-fixed-price sole source basis to The Financial Times Limited. Market research was conducted through review of available sources and publication of a Notice of Intent to Sole Source. No other interested vendors responded to the notice, and the market research did not identify any other capable vendors able to satisfy the Government's requirement. Accordingly, award to The Finanacial Times Limited on a sole source basis was determined to be in the best interest of the Government.
