Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services for the Birchtree Charter School. This project aims to construct a new facility for Birchtree Charter School, a public school within the Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District. Currently leasing its space, Birchtree Charter School is seeking a permanent location to better support its Waldorf education model, which emphasizes nurturing the development of healthy, responsible, and creative individuals through hands-on, multi-sensory learning experiences.
