Project Description: The City of Norwich Department of Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide sanitary sewer main cleaning services for approximately 5,000 to 10,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer mains annually. NPU does not guarantee the length of sanitary sewer main cleaning services to be requested annually. The services shall include both heavy and light cleaning methods to ensure optimal sanitary sewer system function and prevent blockages.
