Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for CRD Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and/or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 1240BF25Q0020 and is issue as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price, Requirements, Service contract.

The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective 11 June 2025.

This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected.

NAICS: The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The NAICS Code was identified through a review of the U.S. Census Bureau’s website where Heavy Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services was listed as a corresponding index category. The small business size standard is $12.5 million.

Contract Line Item Number Structure: Refer to Schedule of Items and Price Sheet (Attachment 3).

Description of Requirement: The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide routine maintenance, testing, and repair services to the elevator located in the Cordova Ranger District Administrative Office as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1).

Place of Performance: The work shall be performed at Cordova, Alaska.
