Amendment 001 has been released to extend the proposal due date to January 29, 2025 at 5:00pm Eastern time and to update wage rate determinations. A second site visit for the subject project has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 10:00am local time. Due to security requirements, all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. State driver's license) to gain access to the site.All contractors must submit a list of attendance at least 24 hours in advance to joshua.j.espinosa@faa.gov. Your list must note which employees (name as appears on photo ID and company) will attend. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. Any and all RFIs resulting from the Contract documents and site visit must be submitted to me in writing no less than 5 calendar days after the conclusion of the site visit. Answers will be provided to all offerors via amendment to the solicitation.

The Federal Aviation Administration, Enroute Construction Branch, has a construction effort to replace multiple power panels at the Minneapolis Air Route Traffic Control Center in Farmington, Minnesota. This requirement was originally issued as 697DCK-25-R-00407.
This project is set-aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 238210, size standard $19.0 million.
The Request for Offer (RFO), including Statement of Work, Drawings, and Wage Rates are attached to this announcement.
The price range for this requirement is below $100,000.
A site visit will be announced at a later date.
NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are
cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and
amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award
Management (SAM) website to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be
accepted.
In addition, offerors are cautioned to read the RFO carefully and ensure all proposals conform to the requirements
of Section L and M.
