R-4742 Design Build Services for Simpson-Peavy Park Construction & Renovation

The City of Warner Robins issues this Request for Proposal to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced firms to design, construct and renovate Simpson/Peavy Park located at 801 Johnson Road, Warner Robins, GA 31093. The City seeks a comprehensive design-build solution to modernize the facility, enhance its usability for youth and adult athletics, improve accessibility and safety, and elevate the park's role as a vibrant community gathering space. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held onsite on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM(ET). To remain eligible for bid award, at least one representative from each respective contractor must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting. Proposals will be accepted via the City's online procurement system, IonWave, until Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET). Contractors are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to RFP specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Friday, January 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM(ET).
