Summary

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals to provide a fully integrated hosted Long-Term Care Facility Management System for the Department of Health. This integrated System will support managing a facility through the entire lifecycle, from application for licensure or certification through surveys and investigations, enforcement and corrective actions, complaint and incident tracking, and training provider regulation. This RFP supports stage one of four. All stages are described in detail in Part 1, Scope of Work.
