The
Department of Design and Construction
is seeking a Special Inspector to provide special inspection services for the
CO278EXT2- Brooklyn Supreme Court Facade Rehabilitation
project. The scope of work is to restore the exterior facade and its elements as well as remove and replace sections of the roof parapet and associated flashing, secure loose parapet stone coping and re-pointing parapet, reinforced and/or replace damaged and/or displaced stone panels, reinforcement of deteriorated/rusty structural steel behind the façade as well as sagging steel above wall openings, seal windows and adjuncts openings, Rehabilitation of large section of deteriorate masonry as well as cleaning of the stone façade and aluminum fenestration to protect pedestrians and restore the building appearance to an esthetically acceptable state.
