The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) for an organization to identify new Intensive In-Home Services (IIHS) providers and provide training and technical assistance in the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) model or the In-Home Intervention Program for Children (IHIP-C) Promising Practice (PP). The new IIHS provider must be willing to enter the 1915(i) services provider network. In addition the Applicant will provide existing IIHS providers with the training and technical assistance required to train additional staff in order to expand their current capacity to serve youth receiving IIHS through the 1915(i) waiver. The applicant will include a timeline outlining the plan for delivery around IIHS provider recruitment, training and technical assistance. Applicants must have experience providing training and technical assistance in the aforementioned EBP or PP models to existing IIHS organizations.
