Pre-Advertisement Notice- NEMA Switch Replacement

The City of Atlanta will shortly undergo a procurement process for the replacement of aging network switches located in ceiling-mounted enclosures throughout airport concourses and terminal areas. Interested vendors are invited to participate. The city's expectation is that the selected vendor will perform the safe removal and installation of City-provided switches, ensure proper functionality, and coordinate with airport network staff to minimize operational disruption. Vendors capable of performing this work during overnight maintenance hours, while adhering to all safety and security requirements, are encouraged to respond. A pre-solicitation conference will be noticed and then held to provide more details and address questions. The overall goal is to improve network reliability and maintain compliance with current operational standards.
