Description
MARTA is soliciting Development Proposals from qualified development firms to advance the development of Lindbergh Center in alignment with MARTA¿s Transit Oriented Development Guidelines. A developer will design, build, finance, operate, and maintain a mixed-use residential and commercial development across three non-contiguous parcels.
