Solicitation Summary
Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is requesting sealed proposals from experienced and qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide a program to select CCPS crisis intervention staff in crisis intervention composed of verbal de-escalation, conflict management, physical intervention, and post-crisis debrief. The successful Vendor/Contractor shall be experienced in providing train-the-trainer professional development and trainer certification of a non-violent crisis intervention program. The program shall be designed for safe, non-harmful behavior management designed to aid educators and other human service professionals in the de-escalation and management of disruptive and aggressive students in the most violent moments.
