CUBIC Trafficware Products, Support and Service/Repairs

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with CUBIC Corporation and Subsidiaries for the provision of Trafficware Products, Support and Service/Repairs for a period of three years.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from CUBIC Trafficware dated November 19, 2024, All CUBIC Trafficware products are developed, manufactured and distributed exclusively by Cubic ITS. Additionally, Cubic ITS is the sole authorized entity in the state of Florida to provide support for, and services/report to, all CUBIC Trafficware products.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
