Description / Background:

The City of Chino Hills (“City”) invites your organization to submit a written proposal to provide tree removal services to remove declining Eucalyptus trees at Hickory Creek Nature Park, located south of Hickory Lane between Rolling Ridge Drive and Pipeline Avenue. Removing these declining trees will help enhance habitat for birds and wildlife.  For additional information, please review the Request for Proposal.


Proposals received at a minimum should meet the requirements per the RFP and include a Detailed Work Plan.

The submittal package shall include the following: four (4) bound copies and one (1) electronic copy (flash drive is preferred method, emails not accepted) of the proposal; one (1) original and three (3) copies of the cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked “Sealed Cost Proposal”; and a signed W-9.
Miscellaneous:
Proposer must be willing to enter into an agreement with the City of Chino Hills. A copy of the agreement accompanies the full RFP. Any exceptions to the standard agreement must be included with the proposal.
