Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Public Service Commission
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Provide telecommunications access and equipment for deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired individuals. Utah Code Ann. § 54-8b-10(3)(a) requires that the PSC “shall provide a dual party relay system using third party intervention to connect a certified deaf, hard of hearing, or severely speech impaired individual with a normal hearing individual by way of telecommunication devices designed for that purpose."
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years
The vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 years.
