Description:

The Diverse Business Supportive Services Center (DB SSC) assists in maximizing the participation of Diverse Businesses (DBs) in 100% state funded transportation related construction and professional services contracts. This will be accomplished by conducting the necessary and appropriate outreach for purposes of identifying and assisting Diverse Businesses to achieve certification/verification and to execute the requisite documents to serve as a Diverse Business on subject projects. Project includes the development and management of an online platform. This procurement is set aside for award to small businesses only. PennDOT’s Diverse Business (DB) program applies to this procurement.
