Description
1.1 Invitation to Proponents
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by Athabasca County (the “County”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Land Survey Services for the Island Lake Regional Waterline project (“the Project”) as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).
The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for Land Survey Services to used by the County’s Design Consultant Engineer in the design of the project.
1.2 RFP Contact

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials or other representatives of the County, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the Proponent and the rejection of the Proponent’s proposal.
