This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** This project consists of adding a new overhead electric coiling door to an existing wall, which results in adding a new steel lintel. To install the new lintel, temporary pinning beams and shoring posts will need to be installed prior to removing the existing masonry. The site slab paving had to be redone so that large trucks could drive up to this new overhead door. Cleaning the work area of all dirt and debris caused by the construction of this work is included in this contract. This work is to be performed through contract between the Contractor and Owner. The transportation, unloading, storing, erection or installation, testing, and making operable of all parts of the Project shall be included under the Agreement at times appropriate thereto.
