Advanced Management Program Support Services

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Groton office requires the procurement of instructor-based training services to develop and teach the Advanced Management Program (AMP) in support of the Navy Supply Corps School (NSCS), Newport RI, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement incorporated in the solicitation N0018926QW068.

The intent is to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) single-award IDIQ contract and subsequent task orders under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 16.5.

The NAICS Code is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training, with a total Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside.

By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.

Conformed copies of Amendments 0001 and 0002 have been uploaded reflecting various changes in response to vendor questions and issues. Conformed copy of Amendment 003 has been uploaded to extend the solicitation date to 16Jun26. Signed copies of the amendments are required to be submitted with the quote package.

The conformed copy of Amendment 004 has been uploaded reflecting changes to the PWS, revisions to the Pricing Spreadsheet and extension of the solicitation date to 25Jun26. The amendments (SF30s) have been uploaded. Please make sure to return a signed copy of the SF30s along with your proposal.

Update : The conformed copy of Amendment 0005 has been uploaded reflecting a revision to the 52.212-1 addendum, extension of the solicitation end date to 06Aug26 and revision of the Period of Performance in the PWS and solicitation. The amendment (SF-30) has been uploaded. Please make sure to return a signed copy of the SF-30s along with your quote package.
