Dyed Diesel #2 - delivered to Honolulu Harbor, Pier 1.

Vendor must submission a copy of a certification to deliver fuel over water and a statement that the driver and vehicle has all of the necessary certifications/screenings (such as a TWIC card) to access Honolulu Harbor, Pier 1.

Delivery No Later Than the morning of June 8, 2026.
