RFP #25-32 Henry County's Comprehensive Strategic Plan

Henry County is accepting qualified proposals for an individual, firm, or team of firms to assist in the development of the 2045 Henry County Comprehensive Strategic Plan. The winning respondent will be responsible for the development of a Comprehensive Strategic Plan in accordance with the Rules of the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) Chapter 110-12-1, and the incorporation of the separately prepared 2045 Comprehensive Transportation Plan adopted 2023 in the planning process to result in one Unified Plan for Henry County. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this proposal.
Awarded consultant will be required to discuss and develop these plans at the Leadership Retreat on January 27, 2025, through January 31, 2025, located in Macon, GA. All costs associated with your attendance should be included in your cost proposal.
Proposals will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on December 30, 2024. Late bids will not be considered nor returned.
Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
