NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract with JEOL USA Inc. located at 11 Dearborn RD., Peabody, Massachusetts 01960 for the following instrument: JSM-IT710HR. Cage Code: 51043. The NAICS code is 811210.

The authority for this non-competitive award is Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, Title 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR 12.201-1. The Government intends to procure this as a sole source requirement. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition regarding this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
