The Town of Windham, Connecticut, is seeking proposals from qualified Licensed Environmental firms to perform a comprehensive assessment of the 322 Prospect Street (the Property) in Willimantic, Connecticut. The Property was the site of a former school and gymnasium and has been utilized by the town for a variety of uses, including municipal offices. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the current condition of the Property vis-a-vis potential contamination within the building or on the site and to develop a planning study for the highest and best use of the site for development.
