Tomlinson Middle School HVAC upgrades project includes the replacement of roof top air handling equipment, curbs, ductwork, piping and electrical tie ins at the roof area. The air handling units replacement is limited to the main gymnasium, auxiliary gymnasium, and the project adventure auxiliary gym. The work also includes limited abatement, demolition of the existing AHUs and duct work at the mezzanine level, structural steel support for the new air handling units, gas piping from level 1 to the roof top units, selective replacement of ceilings, misc. carpentry work, limited fire protection work as it relates to the scope of work. The project also include misc. masonry infills at the existing wall penetrations due to removal of duct openings and louvers. The work is schedule to start in Sept 2025 and substantially complete in August 2026.
