Sources Sought Notice



Contractor Spare Parts (CSP)



Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the Government plans to award a contract modification for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements Contract to Pearson Engineering LTD (PEL) for Contractor Spare Parts (CSP) to the Engineering Breaching Systems (EBS).



The CSP for the EBS is for the M1074, M1150 and M88A2 family of weapon systems.



The CSP consists of 749 individual line items. A total of 31 of the highest value items are listed as a cross reference below.

PEL is the developer and present manufacturer of the EBS and is the only known source with the knowledge and expertise to continue producing it. PEL maintains control of data relating to its Breaching System. The Government has no data package to facilitate a competitive acquisition.
