Marina Towers Demolition

The City of Norwich and the Norwich Community Development Corporation are requesting proposals for the abatement and demolition of the Marina Towers located at 74-78 West Main Street in Norwich Connecticut. This work is being done following an extensive community outreach effort to solicit public input and with support from the CT DECD Community Investment Fund 2030 to assist with funding for this work and future improvements. The goal for this demolition project is to remove this blighted building from the property and return the site to a safe condition while future plans for the site are developed.
