Project Description: St. Louis County is soliciting bids to perform the modernization and renovation of an existing elevator at the St. Louis County Justice Center (Project).
Expected Number of Contracts: 1
Magnitude of Project: $100,000 and $250,000
Expected Duration of Agreement: 10 Months
Required Bonds: Payment and Performance for 100% of the bid amount
Payment Method: Invoices based upon work completed
