1. This project includes the construction of medium voltage, low voltage and telecommunications infrastructure to convert the existing overhead electrical and telecommunications infrastructure of the site from overhead to underground. 2. The scope includes new 22KV overhead lines to the site, new ductbanks, new medium voltage cable, new telecommunication ductbanks and all equipment, materials and accessories required for the complete conversion of the overhead utilities to underground. 3. Scope includes installation of new site lighting fixtures, pole and underground branch circuits. 4. Scope includes the removal of all existing overhead utility infrastructure including poles, overhead wires, telecommunication wires, etc.
