The Strollway will be a west-east connection focused primarily along South Street. It aims to celebrate Raleigh’s rich cultural history, creating a multi-modal pathway and public spaces through diverse communities and sites in the City’s southeast and southwest sides of downtown, including Historic Fourth Ward, Heritage Park, the Downtown Arts & Entertainment District, Shaw University, and East Raleigh-South Park. |
