The City of Hutto, a home rule municipality, seeks solicitation responses to provide comprehensive water and wastewater rate study. The purpose of the study is to independently assess and evaluate the City’s existing water and wastewater rates using financial and consumption information and provide recommendations for water and wastewater rates for all customers.
