For the provision of Uniforms Purchase Annual Contract

Hall County, Georgia, (herein “County” or “Owner”) a municipal entity of the State of Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, hereby gives this Addendum #1 on the project known as Uniforms Purchase Annual Contract (herein “Services”).

The following questions were asked or submitted by various vendors.  The answers are provided in bold lettering.

1. Will orders be placed under individual names using, for example allotments, or in bulk quantities? – Both are possible as each Department handles their own orders.

2. Do you have specs on how garments will need to be decorated?

·         Polos

·         Uniform shirts

·         Dress shirts

·         Athletic wear

·         Outerwear

No, because each Department’s order will be unique to them.
