WARRANTY:
When a vehicle is down for warranty repair and remains in the shop for more than three (3) consecutive weeks waiting
for parts and any other delays, the downtime is added to the month's limit as specified in the vehicle warranty.
NON-WARRANTY SUPPORT:
Sustained parts inventory for non-warranty wear and tear items such as:
* Serviceable parts: Ex. Brake pads, brake rotors, engine drive belts, etc.
* Local technical support: Vehicle specifications sheet, wiring diagrams, vehicle emission contrail and related
schematics. Assistance and training as requested by the Guam Police Department Fleet Service Section.
Service/Maintenance and Repair Manuals
The successful bidder shall provide (1) complete set of the most current service/shop repair manuals Book Form or CD
ROM or access to them electronically at no additional cost during the life of the vehicle. Manuals shall cover the entire
vehicle to include: Engine, Transmission, Body, Chassis, Wiring locators/diagrams and all parts manuals associated with
vehicle. If this cannot be provided, relative technical assistance shall be provided through the life of the vehicle/s at no
cost to the government. Statement of compliance shall be present at time of vehicle delivery.

Service Required: Manufacturer's recommended preventive maintenance as defined by the manufacturer's scheduled
maintenance guide shall be performed through the duration of Manufacturer's powertrain warranty, all parts, labor and
disposal fees included at "No Cost to the Government of Guam". No less than 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever comes
first. (Documentation/Service contract shall be included with the delivery of vehicle).

1. The successful bidder shall guarantee all parts, components, materials, and workmanship associated with the
vehicles delivered to be free from defects for the period of (1) year / 12,000 miles starting at the date of delivery.
Unlimited to include lights, fuses, etc. Unless defect is determined to be caused by obvious operator negligence.

2. The successful bidder shall also provide the manufacture's standard warranty. Certification of warranty and its
limitations shall be provided upon delivery of vehicle. No less than 3 years or 36,000 miles.

3. The successful bidder shall be fully responsible to entertain, address, negotiate and schedule any and all warranty
related issues whether in house or with outside vendors.

premises or field location. If repair cannot be done on location, bidder shall have vehicle transferred to shop where

5. The successful bidder shall record mileage accumulated prior to delivery. The recorded mileage shall be added to
mileage limitations for all warranty and service periods.

1. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all cost associated with warranty and service. To include but not
limited to: Transport, diagnostic, parts, labor, disposal etc.
