Regional Concrete Repairs and Installation

Western Region - Kentucky State Penitentiary & Western Kentucky Correctional Complex Flat work concrete services related to sidewalks, driveways, patios, floors, warehouse slabs, foundations, walkways, curbs, and parking lots. This will be for new and existing concrete related projects. Repairs should include but not limited to, demo of existing concrete and removal of materials. More than one contract will be awarded per line item. The contracts to be awarded will be quote-based contracts. The agency will obtain quotes from the contractors prior to any work being done. Once the quotes have been provided, the most favorable quote will be added to the contract. The agency will then issue a Delivery Order to the vendor with the most favorable quote to initiate the work. No pricing will be submitted as part of this RFB process; however, the electronic bid system requires pricing to be entered for bid submission. Therefore, bidders shall enter $0.01 in the Unit Price field on their electronic bid.
