The City of North Las Vegas (“City”) is interested in hiring a contractor to conduct small plumbing, painting, electrical, and carpentry projects throughout the City, on an as-needed basis. The contractor will furnish all labor and will be responsible for supplying all materials to conduct each project. On projects where permits are required, the contractor will be responsible for applying for, and receiving all permits before commencing work. Costs associated with permits will be waived by the City.
