Project Details
|
The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends to contract with up to eight (8) firms to provide Architectural Services. Firms must possess a strong architectural background as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise. Other tasks may also include mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, site/civil engineering, structural engineering, fire protection/fire alarm engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities.
