233A-26 Litter Pick-Up

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) seeks a qualified candidate (CONTRACTOR) to perform litter removal services along 602.85 centerline miles of ODOT- maintained interstate and interstate lookalike highways in 7 (seven) Ohio regions: Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Toledo, Akron/Canton, and Dayton.
CONTRACTOR will provide staff, transportation, traffic control signs and warning lights (in accordance with the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices), communications devices, cameras, trash bags, safety vests, and disposal of trash at designate ODOT garages. CONTRACTOR will perform litter removal in medians, against barrier walls with wide shoulders, in gores and points, on foreslopes and backslopes, in ditches, under and around bridge structures, on interchange slopes and infields, and under and around guardrail and cable barrier.
