Plano Independent School District is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for:
Synthetic Four-Lane Running Track & Fence Additions at Rice & Schimelpfenig
SCOPE OF WORK:
Project includes two locations at Rice Middle School and Schimelpfenig Middle School. Provide new 4-lane 400m synthetic track w/ grass infield, a poured ‘D’ section, and football striping and field goals at each middle school site. Provide throw event facilities and jump pits adjacent to the track. New chain link fencing will also be added around the track and field events. Site work will include limited site demolition, grading, storm drainage improvements, and establishment of grass vegetation.

Estimated Budget - $2,000 ,000/track and $100,000/track owner's contingency
