Synopsis:
|
|
The City of Martensville (“City”) invites proposals from qualified professional planning and engineering consulting firms (“Proponents”) to complete a comprehensive Concept Plan for the North Industrial Growth Area.
The successful Proponent “Consultant” will:
Prepare a Concept Plan consistent with the City of Martensville Development Standards, Zoning Bylaw, Official Community Plan (OCP), and applicable provincial legislation.
Review prior studies and determine whether they remain valid, in whole or in part.
Develop a strategic implementation framework.
Prepare required technical memos in accordance with the City’s Development Standards and present the final Concept Plan report to City Council.
