Synopsis:

|
Specifications: Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) is conducting a Request for Quotation for the purchase of 2 Dell 400-BRYD P1 NVME SED NON-FIPS SSD 7.68TB for SIGA Central Office.

Special Instructions to Bidders:
1. Substitutions are not allowed.
2. Vendor is required to be a certified Dell reseller.
3. New products only from a certified distributor, with Manufacturers’ Warranty.
4. All quotes to be provided in Canadian Dollars $CAD and shall be the total cost to SIGA including all applicable taxes, enviro fees, duties, license costs, fees, insurance and all other applicable charges.
5. The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be valid for 30 days from the submission deadline date.
6. SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
7. Standard warranty to be included, unless already specified. Provide quote and details on any extended warranty options as an attachment to this form.
8. The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
