CONCRETE WALKWAY AND BASKETBALL HOOP INSTALL

This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warrantee if applicable.  By submitting quote(s) for this solicitation, you are guaranteeing quoted pricing for 60 days.  No adjustments are permitted once a purchase order have been generated and received.

1 ^st Part Scope of work Concrete Sidewalk removal and replacement.

1. Replace approximately 80ft x 10ft concrete sidewalk.
2. Disposal of demo will be on sight.
3. Replace concrete with Welded Wire Mesh and Fiberglass reinforced concrete.
4. Concrete to be poured 6-inches thick with 4-inch gravel base.
5. New concrete will need to be pinned to existing concrete.
6. Saw-cut new concrete as needed.
7. Will need to replace existing 8-inch drain under walkway in front of the school. Drain will need to have a new catch basin added at one end of drain and the other end will drain into existing drain.
8. Catch basin landscaping will need to be worked for proper drainage and grass seed applied.
9. New concrete will need to have landscaping brought level with new concrete and grass seed applied.

2 ^nd Part Scope of work Build and Install TWO Spalding Basketball Hoops that are provided by the Ohio Department of Youth Services Indian River,
1)    Instruction manual provided.
2)    Will need to assemble and install TWO basketball hoops to manufactures specification.
3)    Concrete will need to be cut to dig TWO 3ft deep x 2ft diameter hole and concrete poured to Install J-bolts to secure basketball hoop to.

Contractor will be responsible to remove trash, debris, and equipment from work site daily.
Contactor is responsible to pull all permits and inspections for all work to be performed.
Contractor will be responsible to contact Ohio811 before work can begin to check for underground utilities.

Mandatory attendance for walk through to review scope of work and to review job work site on September 03, 2026, at 11:00am for bidding of project.
