A virtual initial public conference isscheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time.

A non-mandatory walk-through is scheduledfor Friday, September 12, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time.

OVERVIEW

The Tarrant County College District(TCCD) is seeking qualified contractors to execute the fabrication, delivery,and installation of a new wayfinding and signage system across its Northeastand Opportunity Center Campuses. The wayfinding system design has beencompleted and signed and sealed drawings are provided as part of thissolicitation.

SCOPE OF WORK

The awarded contractor shall beresponsible for executing all work included in the drawings and specifications,including, but not limited to:

1. Fabrication

a. Manufacture all signage instrict accordance with the signed and sealed design drawings and specifications

b. Utilize high-quality,durable, and weather-resistant materials to ensure longevity and compliancewith TCCD standards.

c. Ensure ADA compliance andadherence to all applicable codes and regulations.

2. Delivery & Logistics

a. Coordinate transportationof all fabricated signage to designated campus locations.

b. Implement proper packagingand handling to prevent damage during transit.

c. Develop a deliveryschedule in coordination with TCCD to minimize disruption to campus operations.

3. Installation

a. Provide temporary signageand mock-ups as directed per plans and specs.

b. Install signage as per theapproved drawings and placement plans.

c. Conduct installation in aphased approach to ensure minimal impact on daily campus activities.

d. Verify proper alignment,mounting, and functionality of all signage upon completion.

4. Quality Control & Compliance

a. Perform post-installationinspections to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to project standards.

b. Address any deficienciesor adjustments required by TCCD prior to final acceptance.

5. Training & Documentation

a. Provide TCCD staff withdocumentation and guidelines for long-term maintenance and upkeep.

b. Conduct an overview ofmaterials, installation methods, and future signage management protocols.
