RFQ - Los Medanos Recovery Center
The County of Contra Costa (“County”), through its Capital Projects Management Division of the Public Works Department, hereby gives notice it is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for design-build services for the Los Medanos Recovery Center Project (“Project”) and that the County has determined that all Design-Build Entities (“Design-Builders”) must be prequalified.
