The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number 140FGA25Q0044. Set-Aside for Total Small Business. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to replace the Bell Isle Pier deck and railings, approximately 900’. The work is located at Swanquarter National Wildlife Refuge, which is at 85 Mattamuskeet Rd, Swan Quarter, NC 27885. All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications.

This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.502-2.
The NAICS Code: 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. Small Business Size Standard $45.0 million dollars

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation.
This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.

2)        Past Performance/Experience
3)        Price

The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1442), Statement of Work and other attachments as required. Documents will be posted to the https://www.SAM.gov 8/1/2025
