Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), all labor, tools, equipment, materials, parts, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove and legally dispose of two (2) Rolling Gates, Gate Operators, and Components; and furnish and install two (2) New Rolling Gates, Gate Operators, and components.
