Project Description: The City of Bethlehem will receive sealed Bids online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2024 43 HDPE Insertion Project, Freemansburg Bridge and Eaton Avenue /SR 0378, until 10:00am, February 18, 2025 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website.
Plans and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on February 04, 2025, at the south end of the Freemansburg Bridge to answer any questions. All prospective bidders are required to attend.
