Project Description: Salt Lake City Corporation is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide quality assurance services for the Public Utilities Waste Water Reclamation Facility Laboratory, the Storm Water Program, and the Safe Drinking Water Act Program on an as-needed basis. The selected Offeror shall be responsible for writing, maintaining and updating, as necessary, the Quality Assurance Manual (“Quality Assurance Manual”), the technical and administrative standard operating procedures/instructions, data review and reporting procedures, sample management review, and act as the focal point for the quality assurance and quality control procedures for the Public Utilities Water Reclamation Facility Laboratory and the Public Utilities Water Quality Programs.
